Can I charge my Tesla?
Yes, our charging stations are compatible with all electric vehicles. We currently have J1772, CHADEMO, or CCS charging ports. If you have a Tesla, you can use our stations but need to use the adapter which came with your vehicle.
Why don't I see my Apartment Building or Workplace Charger?
Many of our stations in Private Multi-Family buildings or Workplaces are only visible and accessible to Tenants or Employees of that location. You need to be added to your Landlord or Employers group to see these stations. To be added, please get in touch with the KWEV 24/7 support team, and we will update your account.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We currently accept all major credit cards.
What's the price to use a KWEV charging station?
The pricing is specific to each charging station. If you select a charging station in the app, you can view the pricing details before use.
